Ordering on Auvere.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, you may choose one of (3) options to purchase.

Fast checkout. The BUY NOW button is best used if you know exactly what you want to purchase and you want a faster checkout process. To use, click the BUY NOW button and it will take you to the section of our Checkout page where you may choose quick purchase options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay Pal.

Standard checkout. If you would like to browse our store, you may click on the “ADD TO BAG” button as you see items that you wish to place in your Shopping Bag. When you are ready to complete your purchase, you may click on the shopping bag in the top right corner. From there, follow the directions to complete your order.

Order over the phone. If you do not wish to place an order online, you may call our Auvere Customer Support at 866-317-7779 to make a purchase over the phone.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS?

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DOES AUVERE ACCEPT?

Auvere accepts all major credit cards as well as PAY PAL, PAY PAL Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Affirm.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON AUVERE.COM?

Yes, it is safe to shop on auvere.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

DOES AUVERE HAVE A BRICK & MORTAR STORE?

Auvere does not have a brick and mortar store. At this time, Auvere True 22 and Pure 24 karat gold jewelry is only sold on auvere.com.

IS AUVERE SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES?

Auvere is not sold by third parties. On occasion, an Auvere product(s) may be featured on third-party websites with whom we have an affiliate relationship. The nature of this relationship is such that even though the Auvere product is visible on such third-party affiliate’s website, the purchase and sale of such a product takes place on auvere.com.

WILL I BE CHARGED A SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

If an item you wish to purchase is sold out, please enter your email in the space provided on the product page of the desired item. You will receive an email when that item is back in stock.

If an item is not offered in your size, please call us at (866) 317-7779 or email us at support@auvere.com to learn whether we are able to custom make your size and, if so, when we will be able to deliver the custom made item. Please note that all custom orders are final sale and may not be returned.

MAY I PURCHASE A SINGLE EARRING (INSTEAD OF A PAIR)?

DO YOU PROVIDE AN ENGRAVING SERVICE?

We provide engraving for custom made pieces only.

DOES AUVERE OFFER A WARRANTY?

Your jewelry is under limited warranty for manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents or damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
