Returns & Exchanges
WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
- Returns and exchanges are free.
- We cover the shipping label your return or exchange requires. Anything beyond it, such as packing materials or a courier pickup, is your responsibility.
- Expedited and international shipping fees are not refundable.
BEYOND THE UNITED STATES
- All costs of returning a piece to us are yours to bear, including the shipping label, customs documents, and any fees, duties, and taxes the return incurs.
TIMEFRAMES
- You have 15 days from the day a piece is delivered to begin a return or exchange. After that, neither can be started.
- We review each request within 3 business days of receiving it.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive your Return Instructions Email, carrying an RMA ID number, a return label, shipping instructions, and a packing slip.
- Whether a piece is going back for a full refund, for store credit, or in exchange for another, it must be properly packaged and dropped with the carrier named in that email within 10 days of its date. We are not obliged to accept your package after those 10 days, and if delivered to us, such package will be sent back to you.
WHAT WE ASK
- Each piece must come back in its original, unaltered condition, with no sign of wear or damage.
- Its tag must reach us untouched, with nothing removed, altered, marked, damaged, or torn.
- The returned jewelry must travel back in its original shipping box, with all protective packaging in place, the protective pouch included.
- Sale pieces and those from the Rare Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- If you ordered with an Auvere account, sign in to your account and open “Orders".
- Find the piece you'd like to return or exchange, and click “Return”.
- That brings you to our Return & Exchange Center, where a few short steps will complete your request.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MORE THAN ONE PIECE
- If you're returning or exchanging more than one piece and you want different outcomes for them (a refund for one full-priced piece, and an exchange for another), file one request per desired outcome.
- For example: an order of four pieces, where two go back for a full refund to your original payment method, one for store credit, and one in exchange for a new piece. The result is three separate requests. The two refunds form one request, the store credit a second, and the exchange a third.

ONCE YOUR RETURN ARRIVES
- Once we receive the returned pieces, an approved request, whether for a refund, store credit, or exchange, is processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method.
