If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

This notice is being provided on behalf of Auvere, LLC; Gold Bullion International, LLC; GoldSilver, LLC; Greylock Peak Investments, LLC d/b/a Wealthion; and Hard Assets Alliance, LLC.
How does Auvere protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Auvere collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
1. Open an account or deposit money
2. Show your government-issued ID
3. Make a wire transfer or pay us via check
We also collect your personal information from others, such as affiliates or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
1. Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
2. Affiliates from using your information to market to you
3. Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See below for more on your rights under state law.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?
Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
II. Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Our affiliates include companies with a GBI name and financial companies such as Gold Bullion International, LLC; GoldSilver, LLC; Greylock Peak Investments, LLC d/b/a Wealthion; Hard Assets Alliance, LLC; and Auvere, LLC.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Auvere does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Auvere does not jointly market.
III. Other important information
For California Customers: California residents are provided a California Notice for additional choices.
For Vermont Customers: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
