MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

You may exchange or return your order in its original condition, free of charge within 30 days from the date on which your order was received. You will receive either a replacement piece or a full refund, as the case may be.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If you have an account with Auvere, you may initiate your return or exchange and obtain a return label by:

(i)    logging into your account;

(ii)    going to “orders” and locating the order containing the item that you wish to return;

(iii)    clicking on the “return” button; and

(iv)    following all directions set forth thereafter.

Otherwise, you may initiate your return or exchange and obtain a return label by contacting Auvere Customer Support.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS WITH WHICH I MUST COMPLY IN ORDER TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Auvere products must be returned in their original condition with all protective materials in place and all tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the Auvere box and original delivery packaging. Auvere shall not be obligated to accept your return or request for an exchange or to refund the amount paid for such item if:

(i)    the tag attached to the product that you are returning has been removed or torn;

(ii)    the product that you are returning is not packaged in the Auvere protective pouch and box with all original delivery packaging;

(iii)    the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or

(iv)    the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition.

DOES AUVERE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?

Auvere offers complimentary shipping for any Auvere item that you wish to return within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
